On the second day of our stay our door would not unlock. The manager tried using his pass key with no success. The maintenance man came right away, even though he was through with his shift for the day and obviously tired. He was very accommodating and replaced the lock in about 15 minutes.

The room smelled like cat pee, the shower drain regurgitated all this nasty stuff. The lady who checked us in knew we were waiting to do an early check in and checked in two people before us at 12:45 then she took a short break even though she knew we were waiting on the couch since 1220. Stay somewhere else, close to the red rocks though.

The door was very hard to open and some light switches didn’t work. It was also hard to find the microwave. However, the desk staff was very helpful and considerate when I asked for help.

Back entry door(East end) was not secured at all. It seems to look like the 1st floor flooded as sometime go and was never fully repaired you can smell it in the carpet. Carpet needs to be replaced.

The hotel for the most part was clean and my room was really large. Comfy bed. I was very annoyed that everytime i came back to my room at night i'd go all the way up to my room and the key did not work. I had to go down to the desk and they would re-key the card.....this was six nights in a row.The staff in the evening made me uncomfortable . Sleeping on the sofa in the common area. Last night one of them had a huge Rottweiler walking around the lobby unleashed. Not cool. I would not stay here again as a single female.

Party on Saturday night on our floor. Front desk knocked on everyone's door at midnight, when they could have just listened at the door. No apology about it and just laughed it off when brought up the next day.

We would not recommend staying at this hotel. We booked this particular property because it was close to the venue our child was playing a tournament at. We reserved two rooms, both were dirty upon check in and we did not feel safe on the premises so we decided to check out on arrival. The front desk promised we would receive a full refund, we have not received this refund.

When we first arrived and went to our room, the hallway was filled with the smell of marijuana. When we told them about it, they simply offered our money back so we could go somewhere else saying that they would have to go door to door to find them. When morning came, the hallway still reeked of marijuana, it was as if it was the "pot" hallway. Our door handle to our room was broken and it took us several attempts to open the door every time. It was lucky typically one of us was in the room to let the other in as the door just wouldn't open. The inside of our room did smell clean but we found a dirty washcloth that had been left on top of one of the light fixtures where the bulb was and one of the lamps would not turn on making the room dark in the main area. To top it off, I had a luke warm to freezing, back to luke warm, back to freezing for the 5 minutes I could handle of a shower in the morning. I would not recommend staying here!!!
