This is a 1,300sf walk-out private basement. 30 feet unobstructed to lake. A family lives upstairs, totally separate from VRBO basement.

Private Lake Oasis in Denver. Mountain water, Clear Creek fed

7 Miles to Downtown Denver, 15 miles to Red Rocks.

Separate entrance, self checkin.

*SUP, swimming, fishing.

*Hot tub with beautiful lake views.

A wonderful family retreat

My kids had a fantastic time! They spent the whole day outdoors, swimming in the lake, paddle boarding, playing in the sand, and relaxing in the hot tub. They didn't even touch their electronic devices! It was so peaceful; it didn't feel like we were in the city. We'll be returning!
