Rooms were okay. Breakfast was really bad. We stayed for 5 nights and among them hot coffee machine wasn’t working for 2 days. Bread wasn’t there. Very limited options to choose from.it’s no where to Marriott’s standards. Very disappointing stay with Residency Inn.

Very convenient and walkable, friendly staff, easy parking, restaurants and coffee shops galore, easy access to ebikes and the Platte River, delicious breakfast with kind staff in the breakfast room

We were supposed to have a 2 bedroom unit which had an “electrical” which ok but then put us on two studios. Not only could we not stay together we had to listen to the people above us for two nights and it was horrible.

Older facilty. Well maintained but showing its age. Friendly staff . Good breakfast choices and service. Parking is easy Independent units all with a lot of space studio rooms . Will be back again

The property is conveniently located. It is nicely set up with clean rooms with clean kitchens. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will stay here again.

Great spot at a good price. Had a bit of issue with getting housekeeping, but they fixed it. Bed was just okay and the pillows need an upgrade. No other issues. Would recommend.

We stayed one night, on a Saturday. The noise through the night was beyond the regular city noises. I was woken up by multiple arguments and people yelling both on the hotel property and from the street. Not a lot the hotel can do about this but I wouldn't suggest this hotel if you need a good night's sleep.

My wife and I slept on a very lumpy and troughed bed. The overall temp in the room at night would climb rapidly to 74 or 75, forcing the room conditioning unit to cycle often to keep it at 69. very noisy. Seemingly stuffy, smelled like air filters needed cleaning. We stayed for 4 nights.

Property is in great location for getting around Denver. It also has many restaurants and breweries within walking distance. The rooms are a bit dated, but the breakfast was very good.

Great location if you are visiting Downtown Denver. Close to concerts and all of the sporting events. The units are set up like little apartments so it’s nice to be able to park right outside of your unit. They do charge for parking per day which kind of sucks since you’re already paying for the hotel but it’s downtown so I kind of get it. Breakfast doesn’t begin until 7 on the weekends so we had to wait around before we could get breakfast. The only other downside was the people above us were very loud throughout the night.
