The kitchen includes a large island perfect for dining, drinks, or casual conversation. Enjoy the convenience of a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, small 2-burner stove, cooker, and toaster — everything you need to feel right at home. We also provide pans, plates, bowls, utensils etc to prepare and enjoy your meals. Plus, a small size but cute pool table adds a touch of fun and entertainment to your stay. A separate bar if you want to enjoy drinks, wine etc. A tower fan and small heater are provided for your comfort with A/C and heater shared with the main house, and can’t be controlled from this space but we maintain thermostat at 70F during winters and 73F during summers.

We are less than 4 miles to Parker downtown- with over 25+restaurants, major grocery stores, hiking trails, parks nearby; plus we are less than 5 miles to I-25, 25 miles to Denver downtown, 30 miles to Denver International Airport.

When you arrive, use the side ramp towards left to the garden-level walkout basement with private entry through porch. My wife and I are working professionals and live in the main house upstairs and will be available to communicate with you about any questions that you may have about the stay or about the unit, including for any additional accommodations that you may need during your stay. - - Check in after 4:00 PM - Check out before 11:00 AM. - No smoking or Vaping on the property - No parties and events - No Pets - No guests other than the number mentioned in booking - Parking only in front of the property (not allowed in front of any neighbors house) - Please be mindful of noise levels and Quiet hours are 10pm- 7am
