House is Amazing , Same can be said of Ken , The Owner , Great guy and VERY accommodating for most anything you could need . Close to DIA but while you can see the planes , you rarely hear them as it doesnt seem to be on a flight path so you can sit on the lower deck and jst watch them come and go ( by or in a rather nice hot tub ) Just be aware that it is in a somewhat rural neighborhood area ( LOVE That fact personally ! ) --- When we go back , And We WILL be back , it`s a good idea to either have dinner before you arrive or get some takeout as it`s a bit of a drive to get to ``commercial `` areas to buy stuff . He has a well appointed kitchenette downstairs W/ fridges(2) , ice maker W/ cold water dispenser, microwave, dishes and silverware, coffe maker ETC --- But , DONT worry about B-fast , Ken takes good care of that as well , He`ll give you an actual menu when you arrive during the tour of the place ! I`d go on more but dont have space on here . That Said , THANK YOU KEN for a very nice evening , We WILL see you again Sis ! --- Kim and Steve from Canon City .

Such an amazing and unique stay. I had an early flight out and was only there for the one night but I felt so welcomed to be there. After a long week of travel this was the perfect place to relax for a night before heading home. I truly can not recommend this place enough and I hope to be back one day.

I've stayed at a lot of places in my life. But this is one of the best places I have EVER stayed at. The house was immaculate. The host was a pleasure to talk with and very helpful. The hot tub was very soothing, especially with my back.I got a few nice walks in along the road that the property was on. I have already made plans to come back in March!

Honestly 10/10 I will definitely be booking with them everytime I come to Denver area. Drive is a bit far from everything but over all, host made it so flexible ! Breakfast in morning to your preference and designated room for your tree needs and home was open to everyone and rest of the individuals in the home where amazing as well! Definitely suggest you book here !

Misleading and Inaccessible – Extremely Disappointing Experience This was one of the worst booking experiences I’ve ever had. The road to Summit Villa BnB is nearly impossible for standard cars – even seasoned taxi drivers refused to go further, leaving us stranded. None of this was disclosed in the listing. Worse, we couldn’t reach anyone for help. We had to find last-minute accommodations at extra cost because we couldn’t even get to the place, and they did not refund us anything. If you want a stress-free stay, look elsewhere. Summit Villa BnB is misleading, unhelpful, and not worth a cent.

I wish I realized that this property was 40 minutes outside of Denver. It was inconvenient to drop off packages, or stop for a quick break because of the drive. So we were only able to enjoy this place late at night when we were done for the day or early in the morning before we started our adventures. Also, their website has been down for a couple months now, which concerned us- we weren't sure if they were still up and running. And the phone number listed online didn't seem to go anywhere and no one ever called back. On the day of our reservation, the home owner called from a different number to ask what time we would be arriving and that was how we knew for sure we still had reservations.I did mention this to the owner and he said that they recently changed phone companies and didn't seem concerned. Otherwise, the house is beautiful, the property is immense and the homemade breakfast delicious. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. There's nothing nearby, which is good if you're looking for peaceful views, but not good if you're planing to do activies around the Denver area.
