To ensure the safety and security of our property and community, we require all guests to complete a secure identity verification process before check-in. This is a non-negotiable step for every reservation.
This verification is handled through a secure and private platform, EnsoConnect, an official trusted partner. As part of this screening process for legal compliance, you will be asked to:
1. Provide essential screening information, including your full name, email, phone number, date of birth, and address. We require this information to prevent fraud and to ensure we have a reliable way to contact you for any issues during your stay.
2. Upload a photo of your government-issued ID and a selfie for identity confirmation.
3. Review and sign our rental agreement.
4. Choose your security option: a refundable $1000 security deposit hold (returned after your stay provided no damage was found) OR a non-refundable $106.99 damage waiver fee (a hassle-free alternative).
The information you provide is encrypted and used solely for identity confirmation in compliance with local regulations and to protect against fraud. Your privacy is our top priority.
Your Digital Boarding Pass:
Completing your digital boarding pass is a quick and essential step to confirm your reservation and receive your check-in details. For your convenience, your digital boarding pass will be sent to your email at three key times: right after booking, 30 days before your arrival, and the night before check-in.
Once you've completed this step, you will see a digital welcome book with all of our recommendations and things to do. Your digital boarding pass will also display your home address, Wi-Fi details, check-in instructions, and the property access code. The access code will appear at 4 PM on your check-in day unless early check-in has been pre-approved.
We are here to help if you have any questions about the process or if you would like to request an early check-in or late check-out.

Maximum: 16 people total on the property at any time (overnight + daytime visitors combined).
No exceptions. Extra beds and air mattresses are available for comfort, but not for exceeding this limit.
Overnight Guests
All overnight guests must be registered with full legal first and last names before check‑in.
No unregistered overnight guests are allowed.
Day Visitors
Day visitors are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing.
If approved, the 16‑person total maximum still applies.
Parties & Events
The city prohibits events, parties, business meetings, and large gatherings.
This means: no weddings, celebrations beyond 16 people, or local “party rentals.”
The home is intended for leisure stays only.
Noise & Neighbors
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM.
Exterior noise monitoring and security cameras (outdoors only) are in place to protect the home and ensure compliance.
Security and Monitoring
Cameras cover the hot tub spa area and the property's surroundings.
No interior cameras are present, respecting your privacy.
Minut system monitors noise decibel levels in common areas to prevent parties and excessive noise. Does not record audio or video footage.
Other Essentials
Check‑in: 4 PM | Check‑out: 11 AM (flexible with approval)
No pets
No smoking/vaping indoors (smoking permitted outside, 20 ft from the house — $1,000 fee if violated)
Parking: driveway & designated spaces (fits 2 cars in the garage and 3 cars in the driveway), no street parking that disrupts neighbors
Trash: Pickup is Wednesday mornings (Thursday if a holiday week). Bins must be placed out to the curb after 6 PM the night before (Tuesday), and must be returned the same day as trash pick up on Wednesday.
Our guests may not use HOA amenities (clubhouse, pool, golf, courts, gym).

Report any damages or issues promptly so we can keep the home beautiful for all guests.
