Not sure what I expected from a 3 star hotel, but I guess that's what you get. Staff were not the most professional and not the brightest, I'm sad to say. Nice enough but the check-in process was painful - they kept getting simple things wrong like last names and room assignments. There's no room cleaning service, so be sure to make your bed and conserve those towels.
If you want a room with a view of the mountains, be prepared to pay more but no amount of extra money will improve things much more than that. The gym is pretty much non-existent (2 or 3 treadmills and a crappy cable machine. That's it), and other guests treat it like a flophouse. The second floor had a loud portable fan running by the elevators for some reason.
On the plus side, it's actually pretty clean, backs up onto a plaza with all kinds of fast food like Mod Pizza and Jimmy John's (which will probably also be the view from your window) and you won't feel like the other hotels in the immediate vicinity are much better as they all seem to look exactly the same, just with a different brand.
It's....fine.
