I reserved a king bed. There were five available the hotel gave it to someone else and shorted me on my reservation. Then made me pay king pricing and told me I had to sign agreeing with it.. Piss on the floors, was not clean. Girl at the front desk later at night was so rude I almost walked out. Would prefer my Money back at this point I will never use this facility again Girl at the desk next morning was polite but didn’t care to help either

Property has no iron board and hair dryer in room…only available upon request. We had to wait almost 24 hrs before we finally had a hair dryer in our room. The sink and tub were plugged. Informed the from desk, but received no service. One of the bed spread was flirty with blond hairs. Requested beddings to be changed, front desk just ignored our request. Horrible hotel!!!

It was a little out of the way for the reason I went to Colorado for, but I found that I really liked WoodSprings and would definitely stay again. It was very clean and had a kitchenette (which I only used the refrigerator). The ONLY negative issue was that I think "Big Foot' was staying on the floor above me. Bang, bang, bang! But that was to be expected.

They were always in the back and when we arrived I had to clear my throat so they knew I was there, the lady come out and says, “ Is there something I can help you with?” Only gave us two towels, had to ask for the remote for the tv then it didn’t even turn it on or off. I never leave a review but this place definitely deserves one. I stayed here for 3 nights and honestly not worth what I paid. The girl at the front desk gave me 0 information. Going into my room the floor was super sticky and I wet a towel and that sucker was black by the time I wiped down the floor. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain efficiently so you had to use it in intervals or it would fill up quickly. I stayed here for the kitchen to come to find out they didn't have any kitchen utensils and told me they didn't have any but I could buy a set they had in the back. Two teenagers broke out into a fight in the hallway that was a first. The next night the fire alarm went off at 3 in the morning and the lady at the front desk had a new born and failed to provide any of us with information on why it went off. Terrible stay, you can spend 20 extra dollars to not stay at a place like this. If this was a $50 dollar a night place I would get it but it was around $250 a night. I'd rather be lathered in black tar than stay at this place again. Do better

Didn’t sleep all night, very noisy. The individuals next to us (216) very noisy, tv very loud, till 11:30, then the arguing started at 2:30am, a lot of profanity and pounding at door to get back in the room. I’m sure everyone one on that floor heard it. Not sure if we will stay again

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. There were cops in the lobby or the parking lot every night investigating a call of some sort. The halways smelled really bad, and they tried to cover it up with Glade Plug-Ins but it didn't help. Then, after I was cleaning up my room, I noticed dried boogers all over the wall next to the bed. I will not stay at this location ever again.
