Large vlean rooms, comfy bed, pool until midnight, great atrium space with babbling brook and live trees and plants. Unique interior space with dining and bar. Really lives up to its rating. Location is out by airport surrounded by other hotels and offices, but not terribly far from other parts of the city. Glad i chose to stay here.

Well, they had oversold the hotel so we got bumped to a hampton inn. Pretty sure we got bumped because we booked through a third party (you) as we saw others checking in after us. They handled it professionally and comped the drinks i mentioned we were supposed to get through the vip booking. Rather than contacting you for a refund, we arranged to get a credit for a night there in the future as i had also used onekey credit which i think i would have lost. I appreciate how they handled it but definitely not as nice of a property as we booked. I think they will honor the credit. If not, i will certainly let you know

I never made it to the property yet they charged me the full rate even though my flight was cancelled and it was beyond my control. Horrible customer service in my opinion. They have lost a Customer and people I know who were Customers for LIFE!

The room was luxurious relevant to the price paid for the room. Beautiful ample, fluffy pillows, quality linens, and a large comfortable bed. The bathroom was large and roomy, and I loved the amenity of a soaker tub. There was a Keurig machine in room to make coffee in the morning. The bartender at the bar was fantastic and they had a perfect light menu available for after a long day of travel.
