“We frequently stay at Marriotts. It seems that every time we go they can never find our account for our points. We’ve literally lost a ton. This was right after spending thousands there while staying for a funeral and getting many points. However, the staff is usually friendly. Kinda know what to expect, except now you never know if their listings are right on their balcony rooms unless you call. Rooms are always clean. ”
