“The neighborhood is not good. There was a moldy and smoke smell and within 15 minutes we were getting headaches. The upstairs bedding did not smell clean. The walls above stove in kitchen were greasy. Light switch was missing the switch plate cover. We didnt end up staying. We found another place for the night. Also, there is no central AC. Just a couple window units.”

“Beautiful house, wonderful location, host was wonderful and easy to communicate with. We stayed for my son’s baseball tournament and we can’t wait to stay again! The house has everything you would need! ”

“We drove from AZ to Buffalo New York came in early ask to check in a little bit early and we were able to so, Couldnt wait to get in the pool but the pool wasnt heated inquired about it and someone came out the very next day, the house was size for my satisfaction with the gourmet kitchen that didnt have the quantity pots and pans but did bring mines to do gourmet cooking, We did feel at home from home which was extremely nice.The communication loved itMandy was professional with all concerns,……

“The home was beautiful! Comfortable stay and super responsive host. Had a few questions answered promptly, one issue and it was resolved immediately. Hosts are very accommodating and very friendly! My family felt safe during our stay. Only suggestion would be to add washcloths! ”

“Outside of the big vity but withing 25 minutes of so much to do. Owner very easy to work with, he even helped to gety jacket bavk to me after we left and forgot it!”

“This townhouse is brand new, very nicely furnished and decorated. It is within distance to all the Buffalo area has to offer.The cleanliness is immaculate, and it is well stocked with essentials. John the owner responds within minutes if needed. I would definitely recommend staying here. The visit was only 2 nights, however, so much more relaxing than a hotel and a very quiet neighborhood. Again 5 stars***** ”

“This was our second time staying at this property. It is such a cute rental and a stones throw away from the beach. Daniel is a super host and is available if needed. Out of the MANY trips that we have taken, this stay was the most relaxing ever!”
