Featuring an electric fireplace, full kitchen, in unit laundry, and two queen beds this is the perfect place to rest and relax on your visit to Des Moines. Whether you are visiting for the weekend or traveling for work, we look forward to hosting you!

Clive is known for its parks and outdoor recreational areas. Walnut Creek Regional Park and Greenbelt Park are popular spots for hiking, picnicking, and enjoying nature.

Clean and Great Location

For me this trip was about picking the right location and having a clean well equipped place to stay. Very impressed how clean the unit was top to bottom. Shout out to that service! And location in the heart of Clive is central to anything you want to do in the metro and surrounding area. Put some money into upgrading worn out linens and rugs, plusher bedding and kitchen items such as a set of Pots/Pans, a Keurig and replacing chipped dishes and it would have been a 5 star!! A few issues I had to resolve but communication was excellent and management was very accommodating to address my concerns or questions promptly and polite which helped make up for what was lacking. Would stay again.
