This West Des Moines furnished rental home is located in a brand-new townhome community that is a highly desirable location. Vaulted ceilings and lots of windows that let in plenty of natural light create an airy, open feel with a bright, white kitchen that creates a sleek, modern finish.
The townhome includes just over 1,300 square feet of space and is available for stays. Plus, it’s pet-friendly, so bring your furry family member along for the trip and you can both enjoy the creature comforts of this townhome. There is an attached garage with fitness equipment for your use, where you can also park 1-2 vehicles. Plus, the backyard features a private balcony.
The bright living room includes a fireplace with a TV mounted above and the lower level is fully finished, adding even more living space to this impressive unit. There is an office and 2 guest bedrooms, as well as laundry in the unit. The master bathroom features dual sinks and a combo tub and shower, while all the other bathrooms have single sinks and a tub/shower unit. Central A/C and heat, WiFi, and streaming services are included, as well.

Great space for a family of 4 (or more!)

12 day stay. The house was a great size, with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 in the lower level. We had our to children (7 & 3) stay in the full sized beds on the 2nd floor room. The master bedroom was a great size, along with a nice dual vanity for couples. The kitchen was a great size, along with a nice living room. The downstairs family room was a great area for the kids to play in or for me and my wife to exercise.The house was located very close to many restaurants, ice cream shops, a starbucks and very close to grocery stores nearby. Very close to parks as well for those with children.Communication with Tammy, the owner, was very good. She was very informative about the area and the check in/check out process was very easy. She even extended our checkout time duee to the circumstances which we appreciated.The only reason it was not given five stars were for a few house issues we only discovered upon arriving. The owner did disclose the issues and how they happened recently it's past renters. However, we do feel a few of the issues could have been taken care of prior to our arrival. Overall, we would highly recommend the house to any family looking to stay in the area for short or long amount of time.

Fabulous place and location!

Clean, glamorous, and spacious! Tammy was also very responsive and gave great directions for an easy check in. We found her place so relaxing and we were spoiled with her luxury brand home decor, kitchen, bed and bath touches. Location was excellent! Close to food, fun, and a Starbucks! Easy to get to off the interstate and very close to Jordan Creek for shopping. We plan to stay again!
