Area did not feel safe. We would not even go into the building. Hotel would not work with us to cancel our remaining nights. Expedia was also not helpful on getting any sort of refund. 0 out of 10 - Would not recommend.

We got there to check in and they had cancelled our reservation on us without notice and we asked if we could at least use the restroom. The bathroom had no toilet paper, paper towels or soap. It was a horrible experience. We ended up having to drive the 2 1/2 hours home.

With the Baymont by Wyndam brand name I expected more. There was no ice bucket or glass, no outlet for the bedside lamp. There was a used washcloth on the shower rod. Breakfast was skimpy, no fruit. NO COFFEE IN LOBBY OR DIDNING ROOM!!! The room itself was a good size. The frontdesk gal was pleasant, getting me a menu for a local restaurant and coming up to help me figure out tv.

Breakfast was supposed to be ready at 6am. I waited until 6:40am and the person working could not get it together so I left. My room was not really clean. The bed was super comfortable and the bath tub was nice work good hot water.

Very poor maintenance and service!

Was not good at all. Had a crack in the wall in our room, the pool had #2 in it. There were few towels in thw bathroom and none in the pool area. There were no comforters on the beds, only sheets. Would not recommend.

The only good thing about this "hotel" is the mini fridge. If I could have slept in it, I would have. The room was disgusting; I wouldn't take my shoes off. The door wouldn't lock. It smelled. It's on a super busy road and all you heard were trucks roaring by. People were coming and going all night. The pictures were NOTHING like the room.

Do not recommend. No shower curtain, only 3 pillows for 2 queen size beds, no batteries in remote and when I did get batteries it still didn’t work, broken toilet, chipped table, and got locked in pool area and I called them 6 or 7 times with no answer.

The staff at checkin was not at the desk and only came after we called on the desk phone 2x and letting it ring numerous times(never answered). There was no breakfast even though the website said there was. There was only one towel in our room. Then we had to wait again for someone to come at checkout. The entrance was not well marked and we had to go down a ways to find a place to turn around.

NOT A PLACE YOU WANT TO STAY

The WORST hotel I've ever been in. I checked in (even though I felt a little uncomfortable). The lobby looked nice, so I thought I would give it s try. As I drove atoms to the building where my room was, I saw that their dumpster was overflowing and there were 2 people rummaging around in the trash. The door to the building was NOT secured as I was told it world be. The building was somewhat dilapidated and dirty. There was remnants of chips on the stairs and in the hallway. Just a VERY creepy experience. I, therefore, decided NOT to stay and left immediately. Will be contacting the parent company for a refund even though the reservation said it was nonrefundable.

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT STAYING IN THIS PLACE

This was the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, and the pictures made it look like a nice place to stay at. Prior to my trip I tried calling to see if I can request a connecting door, but I was never able to get through to anyone. We got there and they said our rooms were in the other building, which that was never disclosed while booking the room. The other building didn't have an elevator, so we had to carry our stuff to the room. The building was falling apart. The rooms were disgusting. There were weird stains on the beds and the curtains, food was left in the microwave, and we saw a mouse in one of the rooms. We checked out within few hours of checking in. We were scared for our safety as well as our health. I asked if I can get something showing that I was checking out. The lady at the desk was rude, gave us an attitude and basically didn't want to help and didn't care. She said she can't check us out because of something with the payment and that her manager has to do it. This was Friday and the manager will not be in until Monday. Every time we asked her a question she would say "there is nothing I can do". We asked for a number to call and she said "it's on the receipt" she didn't bother to give it to us. The pictures we saw while booking are not even close to what it really is. Absolute the worst experience ever.

Do not stay here. The dirtiest hotel i've ever stayed in. Staff was rude and beyond unhelpful. Our sheets were dirty. Asked for new ones and they complained and said we had to put them on ourselves. No towels in our room. We were supposed to stay 2 nights. Only stayed one and cut our loses. Can't get anyone from the hotel to answer the phone

There was a shattered window on bottum floor from what looked to be something thrown at it. Like most of the big wondow missing. Very uncleanly outside. Lots of homeless people arpund felt very unsafe. Was supposed to stay with my kid and didnt even feel comfortable enough to get out and go in. Tried calling many times for hours to cancel to absolutely no response or help from the many numbers we called. Extremely disappointed. Had to find a new hotel last minute at night with my todler and never got a refund.
