Beautiful 1 Bed on Grand near Hospitals!

This studio apartment in the heart of downtown Des Moines is stocked with the necessities to make for an enjoyable stay! Be sure to check out Big Grove Brewery (just a couple blocks away) while you're here. Amenities include elevator, wifi, secured building, smart TV, washer and dryer. Located across from the Sculpture Park and walking distance to all that Downtown has to offer, you're sure to enjoy the central location!

Welcome to downtown DSM! You'll be surrounded with numerous dining and entertainment options just steps away. Don't miss the beautiful Sculpture Park, located right across the street. Even an eclectic Consignment shop located right in the building! Big Grove Brewery & Confluence Brewery just a few blocks away!

In addition, you'll have the convenience of a separate room housing a washer and dryer, along with a well-appointed bathroom. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, rest assured that everything you need for a perfect stay - long term or short term - is right here at your fingertips.

Getting around couldn't be easier. Whether you prefer exploring the city by foot, bike or ride share, your in the center of it all! Great public transit, bike lanes, even sky walks to avoid bad weather!

The Argonne building is in a great spot downtown at the end of Grand. Close enough to the night life, but far enough and quiet enough to relax and unwind. PERFECT spot for traveling medical professionals - 5-7 minutes to all the downtown hospitals. Also blocks away from Gateway Park - where multiple DSM festivals are held.

Stay was comfy and location is great

We love the close proximity to the local breweries in downtown area. The unit was as described in the check-in process was easy. However, the ID verification process still needs some work since this is done externally outside of the VRBO platform. I haven’t had this experience before using VRBO but this is something that I have asked VRBO to implement within the app itself. There was one day where the hot water wasn’t working, but the host was able to rectify the situation quickly and have maintenance fix the issue overall I would recommend staying here primarily for its downtown location.

Downtown Des Moines studio

Great location, especially once the street construction is done. The apartment itself was great, I would stay there again. The building lobby, elevator and hallways were pretty dirty.
