Quiet family friendly neighborhood close to downtown (5 mins) and West Des Moines suburbs (8 mins). Bike path is one block away. Grocery store, restaurants and convenient stores are all within walking distance. The Willow on Grand is one block away.

Great safe neighborhood, not far from downtown. Says there is a hot tub, but there is no hot tub. We didnt book soley for that, but if thats what your looking for just know there isnt one, we would book again.
