Cozy & Great Views!

The apartment was beautiful and had amazing views! The hosts were really thoughtful with the coffee/ tea bar & bathroom toiletries and had everything you could want and more. The bed was very comfortable and hosts were very communicative and kind. Will stay here again!

Good location and clean

Location of condo is great walking distance to East Village and downtown Des Moines. The place was nice and clean.

Great location

This property had a great location and was a close walk to the Wells Fargo Arena. The building itself was all black, it honestly reminded me of Gru's house in Despicable Me... The elevator makes some odd noises, and the door opens before its fully at the floor. The apartment door only had a handle lock, not a deadbolt, and there was a patch on the door. It was very clean, and decorated nicely! The coffee/tea bar had honey sticks, which was an unexpected touch. It smelled very strongly of air freshener, and the smell never really disappeared the whole time we were there.
