Welcome to our stylish and newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath home conveniently located just 1.5 miles from the Des Moines Airport, 3.7 miles to downtown Des Moines and just 5.3 miles from Drake University.
This contemporary gem underwent a complete makeover in 2023. With 2 bedrooms (1 queen and 1 full), 2 full bathrooms, open concept kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, central air, WiFi, free parking. Ensuring a modern and comfortable stay for our guests. We have a fully stocked kitchen including Keurig coffee machine, toaster, blender (for those margaritas), microwave, all stainless pots and pans, silverware, plates, utensils, and everything else you might need for a comfortable stay.

THE BEST EXPERIENCE!
We loved everything about the place and the owners. They WERE BEYOND AWESOME! So helpful and nice. BEAUTIFUL PLACE! GREAT LOCAL! 15 minutes to most places and downtown. EVERYTHING was very close to the bungalow. Constant attention paid to details by owners, great vibes all the way around. Hard to write a review that sums up a perfect experience, but the bungalow and the owners were perfect. Such a cool place and such great treatment. HIGHEST RECOMMEND! THANKS! You were the BEST!

Cozy, Clean Cottage
Home was very clean and cozy. Close to airport, Grays Lake Park and downtown. Worked out well to give us a nice space to visit and relax. Close to grocery. Appears neighborhood is being revitalized.

Perfect spot for get together!
What a cute spot to catch up! This was a perfect place for my friend and I to get together! It was a great space for us to relax; it was quiet, the beds were comfortable and it was nice for each of us to have our own bathrooms. We felt safe and comfortable here, and the hosts were easy to contact. I appreciated that there were cameras outside of the property, as well.
