“The Beach Pad was perfect for me and my son who loves to surf. The suite was immaculate, chic decor, cozy bed and very spacious. Check in was a breeze with dedicated parking. Beach is down the block and centrally located to many restaurants and activities in the area including the supermarket and laundry mat. Having beach gear was handy including an umbrella and cooler! The private patio was great for breakfast and made the space bigger including the roof deck on the one day it rained to cool us……

“Perfect house for a family of four. No complaints whatsoever. Great quiet location just outside of the downtown area. 5 minute walk to the beach. Amazing ocean views. The kids loved the pool and we appreciated the beach toys and snorkeling gear. ”

He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and to taste a little but of the island. The owner was very attentive and ensured everything was to our liking and going well. We honestly could not have asked for more. This airb&b far exceeded our expectations. The home was welcoming, beautiful, and unique……

“There were 9 of us traveling with 3 kids, and the house was fantastic for us. We had a pool, 2 kitchens and space. We were also close to some great ocean front bars and restaurants that had great snacks. Juan and Felix couldnt have been nicer and more accommodating, even helping my father in law get a guitar to play on one of the last nights!”

Jennifer the property manager was very diligent and communication was immediate. They also processed the refund quickly. The house looked wonderful and Rincón is such a fun area, we hopemaybe in the future staying here. ”

Just a short few minute drive to the town center, this place was perfect for our family group of nine people stay for 2 days while visiting the area. The air conditioning worked great in all of the bedrooms. There were also towels and beach toys for us to utilize while there. Loved this spot!”
