“Studio 1bed rm, living room and a Studio kitchen that had all the amenities. Bathroom clean w/ body wash, shampoo, conditioner. Pull out sofa didnt open. Dinning table 4 chairs. Two 36" tv bed room , living room. Great view of lake (request)/ patio and chairsby frontdoor.Pool, jacuzzi and bbq clean. Boat storage 5 minutes away in a fenced area w/ code. Down the street is ice ,gas, and Windsor Launch ramps to main entrance day pass $20. Enjoy!”

“Clean, comfortable and convenient. This 1-bedroom unit was just what we needed for this brief business trip (volunteers with the American Red Cross). Met the hosts, who were very friendly and accommodating. Great on-site, safe parking. Comfortable bed. Adequate kitchen. Close to London Bridge and breweries. Enjoyed the sunset cruise on Lake Havasu.”

“The condo was excellent, nicely decorated, excellent location, gated parking was a plus. We would definitely stay there again! Two things I didn’t care for, the king size bed was extremely high off the ground, but it was very comfortable once you were able to climbed onto it and the tile floors looked clean, but after walking around with white socks on they were filthy when they were removed.”

“The condo and host are excellent. The water pressure and temp is not acceptable. I have stayed in this complex in the past but in a different condo and had the same experience. I suspect the building itself might have issues.”

“The location near restaurants, the channel, and the London Bridge was perfect. We walked everywhere we needed or wanted to go. We rode our bikes around the island. Queen's Bay Resort was quiet yet active. We enjoyed our little get away from eastern AZ! The only glitch we experienced was the check in instructions need to be updated.”

“This place was advertised as a resort but it was literally what looked to be a rundown apartment building that was turned into a hotel. The room was advertised as a suite and it was a one room apt that haas terrible water pressure, only a small love seat for seating, and a very uncomfortable bed. ”

“So the first thing is the view, amazing and then the short walk to the canal. It gives you the ability to walk back to the room after waking up early to put your boat in the canal, cause everyone knows getting a spot is the canal is no easy feat mid to late morning. We were a little worried the first day when the fridge was not working. But I actually just turned the fridge up from the coldest setting and it began to get cold. We are all looking forward to our next trip.”

“The great thing about this space was it is in the middle of everything, but also far enough away it was like a great overview of Lake Havasu and everything it has to offer. We actually stayed to do a Triathlon at the State Park. Best location possible for this event. The things we enjoyed was the amazing activity with the outdoor space, including dining, seating and grill which we took full advantage of. The place was in great shape and had everything we needed.
