Welcome to paradise. Estate boasting 5 inviting bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 1 queen bunk bed. Come and experience the best views up high overlooking the entire Coachella Valley. With 6200 square feet of brand new luxurious living space including 2 pools. One in the courtyard and a gorgeous 65ft entertaining pool in the back yard. 14 person hot tub with pool lounge chairs and umbrellas. Amenities such as large gas fire pit, bocce ball court, tons of pool floaties, BBQ, yard games, integrated sound system throughout, foosball table, 2 brand new 80 inch flat screen TV's, Black out shades for that extra sleep, Cold A/C, 3 fireplaces to stay cozy around the snow capped mountains during the winter season, fast WiFi, all brand new appliances with Bertazoni Italian range, oversized dining table with seating for 12. Ultimate Luxury Oasis in Desert Hot Springs
Wow.. just wow! We just celebrated a friends 40th birthday in the most incredibly stunning luxury villa in the outskirts of Palm Springs, and I'm still reeling from the experience! Our group of friends were looking for a high-end villa, and this property exceeded our wildest expectations.From the moment we stepped inside, we were blown away by the opulent décor, lavish artwork, and sleek, high-end furniture. The gourmet kitchen was equipped with top-of-the-line cookware and appliances, perfect for whipping up a storm or hosting a private chef.But the real show-stopper was the breathtaking outdoor space. Perched atop a hill, the villa offered panoramic views of the Coachella Valley and the majestic San Jacinto Mountains. Even in the dead of winter, the heated infinity pool and enormous hot tub were the perfect spots to soak up the sun, enjoy a cocktail (or two, or three...), and take in the stunning vistas.Our host was an absolute rockstar – responsive, attentive, and always available to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfection.If you're looking for a luxurious, large group-friendly haven near Palm Springs, look no further! This incredible villa has it all: style, sophistication, and unparalleled entertainment options. We can't wait to return and do it all again!Highly, highly recommend!

Christmas in Desert Hot Springs
Our family of 9 adults had an amazing stay at this property in Dec of 2024. While normally this time of year the weather is cold and chilly at night, we had sunny 70 degree weather, so we really got great use of the pool, hot tub, outdoor patios, poolside chase lounges, and fire pit. We cooked all of our own food in the new kitchen and found that the dishes and wine glasses were unique and fun. We all got a kick out of the kitchen clock. The guys in our group were super happy with the bar and its proximity to the pool. The house is on one level, making the footprint quite large which the pictures online don't quite show, so we were delighted to see the scale of the house upon arrival. The Christmas tree in the Den was an extra special surprise. We loved the lights in the valley at night and saw lots of stars. Matt was a great host and was very responsive with all of our requests. We only wish we could stay longer. Thank you Matt for letting us enjoy this beautiful property.
