We booked a room for 5 people but were given a smaller king suite that only accommodated 4, so one of us had to sleep on the floor. When I asked about a price adjustment, I was told the king suite was more expensive, even though we had originally booked a 2 queen room with a sofa bed, which better suited our needs. The room itself felt cramped and hard to move around in. There were never any towels at the pool, and only one elevator was working, which made things slow. That said, the staff was wonderful and really tried their best to help despite the issues. Theirs also a $50 incidental deposit fee per night so be prepared.

Our stay was overall, OK because it served the purpose of the vacation. The property is nice and good for people with young kids. However, customer service from the staff in general is basic, they aren't friendly or welcoming. Towels were limited and we were told we couldn't have more towels for the day. The room was not properly cleaned they only do very basic cleaning, althoughwe added an extra night. Breakfast options are very limited for a full occupancy hotel. Customers had to wait for food because they were running out of food several times.

the facilities of this hotel are in good condition, relatively new, gives a pleasant appearance, the common areas are very nice, however I am very sorry to rate this place zero stars for its poor customer service, the staff of this hotel is extremely rude, unfriendly, they treat guests with a very bad attitude, I paid for 4 nights and the entire time I stayed they did not provide room service ANY day, every day I had to go down to the reception to request clean towels, on my second night, I requested room cleaning and I was simply ignored, every day I had to go down to the reception to look for clean towels, and I could see how all the rooms had the same problem, the day of my arrival at check in I was greeted by Mr. Cristian, this gentleman was the worst, definitely this person does not deserve to be the first impression of a place of attention to the public, what a rude and unempathetic man, he treated me like garbage so badly, I maintained my stay because the truth is I had no option to cancel, But I had the worst hotel experience. It's clear they have very poor management. Destin has many lodging options, so I recommend you find a place where you're respected as a tourist and where what you paid is valued.

The young man that is tasked with cleaning the entire hotel once a day is to be rewarded and he needs another person.Trash daily in and around pool, pets nearby the pool, trash cans filled to capacity all other, breakfast needs diversity, the audacity for the guy who doesn't speak/be cordial to ask for a tip to poor cheap and "complimentary" wine. I am tainted to never stay at another Hampton Inn...ever. The location was good and that was it!

The receptionist Daverna was super cool and nice. Housekeeper was very friendly when requested towels on my floor. Overall really enjoyed the staff and the clean hotel.

First time stay but not last time. Very clean, spacious room, they even have stove, full size refrigerator, plates and bowls and silverware’s plus measuring cup, love the bathroom. Great location, walking to track arcade game place within 10 mins, very close to Henderson beach! 🏖️ love this place. Very penny worth!

Fully booked hotel with only one elevator and one washer working. Very small pool. Breakfast is not very good, weird options. Had to wait in line for everything and took forever to get to and out from your room because of elevator.
