We invite you to enjoy this completely REMODELED condo with its BEACHFRONT SETTING and INCREDIBLE SUNSET VIEWS!

Designed in an artistic COASTAL theme, it includes HIGH-END finishes and attention to every detail! This lovely condo accommodates up to 4. The master bedroom boasts a LUXURY KING-SIZED BED with a wonderful new dream-inducing mattress, along with a QUEEN SLEEPER sofa in the living area.

With tiled floors throughout this BEAUTIFUL condo, it features LARGE ROKU flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedroom. The FULLY-EQUIPPED kitchen includes new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and plenty of countertop space to prepare those favorite drinks and vacation meals.

All this while you RELAX on your balcony marveling at the ocean views, TAKING IN INCREDIBLE SUNSET, listening to the waves and spot the DOLPHINS SWIM by!

Holiday Surf and Racquet Club is a gated facility which has direct access to a Beautiful White Sand, Private Beach, a Seasonally-Heated Outdoor Pool, two Tennis Courts and Shuffleboard courts with FREE equipment rental, Sauna, Fitness Center, Laundry Facilities, Barbecue Grill area and a Business Center.

To top it off, we offer COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE (Mar 1 - Oct 31) which includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella each day of your stay. In addition, you can take advantage of the FREE Linen Exchange and WIFI.

Unit 519 has one of the best views on the property, so book early. It fills up fast.

During your stay, take a stroll on the beach down to the jetty to see the boats enter and leave Destin Harbor. Our level terrain makes it a great place to bring your bike to ride or walk among the majestic palm trees of Gulf Shore Drive to Norriego Point. While there, hop on a Water Taxi which can take you just across the harbor to HarborWalk Village. HarborWalk Village plays host to a number of waterfront restaurants, night-life, and specialty shops, many of which overlook East Pass. Seasonal festivals abound with live open-air concerts and fireworks that are shot off over East Pass during the summer months as well as special holidays. Destin Harbor is also famous for having the Largest Private Charter Fishing Fleet in all of North America!

With just a short drive to upscale shopping and premium outlet stores, numerous on and off water activities, plus fun events for all the family, you’ll enjoy many life-long memories on this little piece of heaven. The check in process was super easy. The condo we rented was exactly like the pictures. Despite the somewhat cool weather, we were able to enjoy the beach and still find things to occupy our time. I couldn't ask for a better location on the beach. There's wonderful views, friendly staff, clean rooms, and something for everyone at the resort. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing time at the beach.

The location of the holiday Surf & Racquet Club is absolutely stunning the view from our room was unbeatable! Are unit was beautiful and comfortable again having a absolutely gorgeous view of the Gulf. Would have enjoyed having more restaurants and shops/entertainment within walking distance. Nice property. Living room furniture looks nothing like the picture and needs replaced, it’s worn and uncomfortable to sit on . Was disappointed that it wasn’t an ocean front as stated, you couldn’t see the sun rise or sun sets as the unit is too far back from the ocean front

I wanted to have our issue resolved so that I wouldn’t have to leave an unfavorable review, but our promised refund for our first night never happened despite me reaching out. Upon our arrival, my husband and I unloaded our car after we checked in from a long drive only to open the door to a room that had dirty towels and linens all over the floor and an unmade bed-obviously not cleaned for us. This was around 9-10 pm check in. We took our things back downstairs from a lengthy haul for the front desk worker to call the property manager and then say we could stay in another room for the night only. It was almost midnight by the time we got in the new room. Then, our new room was not the quality of the other condo and we couldn’t really unpack or settle in or even leave the property the next day as they could not tell us what time our room would be ready for us. It was around noon when they called and said we could move rooms, so we hauled our things up two more floors to change rooms. Once in our booked condo, it was just as described. If not for the horrible first night, it would have been a great trip.
