Housekeeping was poorly run, had to call for towels. Never seen before housekeeping still trying to clean rooms after 5pm.

The toilet clogged and barely flashed. The Maintenance guy fixed it and left without saying anything. He seems like he hates his job! It is not worth it for the prize we pay. The ice machines in our floor is broken. No complimentary coffee or bottle of water in the room. Our hair conditioner was out. A lot of little things that could be prevented. Suggestions for breakfast, scrambled eggs is better than the cold boiled eggs. We are quite disappointed. We are definitely not coming back. The worst Hilton Hotel we’ve ever stayed.

It was close to Fudpuckers, and all other shopping wasn’t far at all. Bed comfort for us was too firm, but we are a little older. The front desk was helpful with the loudness every night, however it was not one of the happiest environments. We will not be staying here again, we like to speak and hang out. We also, had lots of people who couldn’t even speak English and they were lost quite a bit, nothing wrong with that, but many folks throwing trash down and not taking care of beach. There is also no sort of beach access with this hotel which sucked! I also payed 170 for something on arrival after paying 803 already by booking Expedia. I’m call out today bc they said it was a deposit and they beat not take my deposit when all we did was sleep in it and shower!

I gave cleanliness a 3 due to the urine smell in the room. After I wiped the floor and counter tops with Lysol wipes - the smell went away. My guess is that when they mop the rooms, they use the same water used in each room?

No at all how it looks in the pictures online. The hallway floor is stained and dirty, walls are stained, hair was found in the bathroom.

Loved the great service. It was also so close to the beaches. Loved that we could connect to our Netflix and Disney without any issues.

Perfect location, we took motorized scooters and backpacked to the beach. Which was really close. The rooms were nice. I’m only giving 4 stars bc our room was never cleaned in 4 days. They only came to throw away trash once. Sheets weren’t changed and the bed was never made by them and we had to ask for new towels. I’m sure had we complained it would’ve been taken care of. Breakfast was minimal (bagels, oatmeal, cereal, muffins, juice, apples, bananas, coffee) but just right for us. No fake eggs etc. We would stay again for the location and convenience. The staff was very friendly.

Got charged $300 more than what it showed when booked.(733 vs 1003. ) The lady said, sorry you have to talk to Expedia. I asked how much 1 extra night would be and they were gonna charge me $450. I told her she was crazy so i found different hotel for 200. Ladynthat checked us in on Sundaybnight was AMAZING

The front desk associate was patient and welcoming. The overall hotel was spotless, and the shower was wonderful. The pool was heated. We will definitely start staying at Spark more often when traveling to Destin.
