Located along Scenic Highway 98 on the Emerald Coast in Destin, Florida, this premier, Gulf-front, gated community has 24-hour security as well as a pristine, private beach. This private community association has contracted with Sun, Sand and Sea for beach service rentals, which includes beach chairs and beach umbrellas. Personal tents, umbrellas, baby tents, tarps, and canopy setups are not allowed per the association rules. Outside golf cart rentals are not allowed per the association rules. Wide walking and bike paths add to the ambiance of touring the area. Enjoy the lavish community pool and hot tub.
