Two pools were great, the larger king rooms were spacious! However, I have never been treated worse by a front desk staff. The 3PM-11PM crew had a guy named Corey working that was rude and belligerent, he continuously lied and tried to belittle us. I was only able to get a room change “that wasn’t available” when I booked a second room that said it was available on the Hilton App. Then the room we needed was magically available. We will avoid this place in the future due to rude staff.
We had three different rooms in two separate stays and they all had towel bars falling off.

Without being right on the beach it was very close to the beach across the street. The person that checked us in was very nice but I had to ask for help at the morning breakfast. The person did help but never said a single word. I found that to be rude. The other problem was that the toilet in our room ran constantly. It was annoying.

Love love love this hotel. SO family friendly! Even for ones without kids, it is just designed perfectly for all your needs I feel like. The overall feeling of the hotel is very modern, colorful, great hangout areas, pool tables, shuffle board, egg chairs, and even hangout spots outside, as well as a great pool and a cool little splash pad too for the kids! The rooms are exactly as they look online, which is so clean and modern- giving that super relaxing and comfy feel. They even have a room with a bunk bed for kiddos and we LOVED that!! The front desk workers are all so helpful and sweet. The breakfast.. oh man.. not only is it so cool with the pancake-making machine and yogurt machine, but it’s just SO yummy and has SO many options!! They also have a ton of little things you might want or need right around the desk at check in (also decently priced too!). Right across from the Henderson Beach State Park, also beside Walmart, nearby to Target and a TON of other restaurants and neat places. We only drove like 5-10 minutes to get to the boardwalk area down the road. I mean this is truly the best hotel to stay at in this area!

Staff friendly, hotel was clean and a really great location for my daughter and myself bc we love the beach and we were right by Henderson park! Best beaches ever. Definitely will Be staying here again
