“My seond stay in this hotel. I booked this hotel because I want to have some swimming time and good sleeping time within long transit. However, the pool is out of service during my stay and when I booked the hotel (just 12 hours before check in) I have not got any notice on this. What a disappointment.”

“I had a fantastic experience at the Mondrian. The hotel is immaculate and exudes a stylish, upscale vibe. The staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. For the first time, I found myself truly wanting to return to a hotel. “The overall accommodation is satisfactory. This boutique hotel is comfortable and in a good location. As for the staff, most of them are helpful and nice. However, it feels a bit strange that the promotion of upgrading room types is offered by the reception upon my arrival.”

“We had a lovely stay at the St Regis. The hotel is beautiful inside and out, with a sense of calmness around the place. All the hotel staff were brilliant; helpful and friendly. The suite was well decorated and spacious. Breakfast was fantastic, again the staff were helpful and always on hand. Breakfast options were varied and tasted good. We loved the fact that there were separate family pools which were relatively quiet. Facilities around the pool were great, and the hotel provided pool toys……
