“On arrival they claimed they did not have my reservation... they also claimed they did not work with Orbitz. When I showed them their listing on Orbitz they did not believe it... By the way they did email me about my reservation the day before I arrived... Anyway thanks to Orbitz excellent customer service this was resolved and off course they had my reservation. They refused to take me to the airport even though the listing said they had an airport shuttle, reason why I booked them,. Rooms are……
