“Awesome customer service by Abdullah. Very spacious room.very clean inside . Very pleased and will be back again. Price is very reasonable compare other local hotels. Abdullah called for our taxi to Makkah and help us to find good restuarant. We will send here lots of our friends and fsmily members.There customer service beyond the expectation . Very friendy family place. Tv has lots of chanell for all family members. ”

“The hotel is clean, quite, peaceful and economical. It's not really at the same rate as the famous hotels like Hilton yet it has all the necessary things they have. Management is friendly and welcoming and they're there for you with anything you need they can get you and it's not that far from the airport and the prophet's Mosque. ”

“Very bad customer support, never mentioned they have two building of the same name . My parents visited and they are very old , no body guided them , they were going back and forth in the sunny weather, no one offer bottle of water even . They lost their wasn’t able to make contact with them . Whole family worried living in different countries, found them after 3 hours. This property shouldn’t be on Expedia platform”

“Apartment was exceptionally clean, really fancy throughout. Loved the decorations. Hotel owners were very helpful and prompt with their responses. Loved this apartment. Just a littl far from the haram but other than that 10/10 would recommend.”

“The toilet paper roll holder was broken. Paint was chipping off of the ceiling. The cabinet/closet was broken. There were no hairdryer nor an Iron. Which I thought was the standard everywhere. I had to keep asking the reception for bath towels. They just seemed very unprofessional. Overall just bad experience. I would like my money back. I have pictures to show for proof. ”
