“J'ai dû laver le frigo à mon arrivée, tellement il était sale et répugnant. L'entretien n'est pas assuré de façon régulière, alors que j'ai payé pour cela. Le brasseur d'air était tellement sale qu'il projetait de la poussière sur les draps de lit et à chaque coin de la chambre. C'était une horrible expérience de séjour.”
