“The stay was decent. The location was the best part, steps away from the beach but the overall cleanliness was below par (dust on the walls and food/hair in corners, etc). Pictures don’t show the true size of the stay but for a 1-2 person trip, it fits the need. ”

“Good location and we had everything we needed.Bathtub had hair from previous tenants but all else was clean.We had two issues related to the resort, not the suite. 1) The hot tub was full of kids from opening to closing along with their blowup animals so it couldn’t ever be used. 2) when leaving for breakfast one morning we saw a notice in the elevator that bug spraying was being done that day. At least one day notice should have been given so we could have had time to put away or cover food……

“Everything was great for a birthday weekend!!! Having a designated parking space (right across from the elevator but hard to read the numbers) is a huge plus. The balcony outdoor space is awesome... just like pictured except the couch is navy. We didn't use the grill or hot tub (someone comes to check the water every day to make sure it is safe/clean but they are only there 5-10 minutes) so I can't comment on those but the outdoor seating was very comfortable. “My wife and I spent a workweek stay that really made the grade at Gulf Tower on the Gulf Shores Beach! Our rental was conveniently situated on a portion of the beach that almost felt private, involved less traffic and provided unobstructed views of the Gulf. We really desired privacy and were amply rewarded. Bender Properties were very easy to work with and checked on us several times via text messages to make sure we were satisfied. We loved our experience!”

“Loved the house! Had everything we needed. Location on the beach couldn’t have been better. We had 7 kids under the age of 5 and it was so easy for us to get kids and gear to and from the beach. I would certainly stay there again. ”

“This home was in a great location. It was the perfect size for the group we had. The lagoon was right off the back deck and the Gulf was across the street out front. It had everything we needed as well!”

“The outdoor pool was nicer than any others in the area and the access to the beach was so convenient. We had a gorgeous view of the ocean from the 15th floor. Will will definitely be staying again.”

“The house was perfect for the two of us, who came to do an overnight job in the area. The only issues were that we ran out of trash bags during our ostay and in the daytime, we had trouble sleeping due to the active construction going on next door. However, it’s close to the beach and all the stores you’ll need are within walking distance.”

“Loved the location. Right on the beach and close enough to walk to dinner without being too close to the noise and crowds. Condo could use some updates. The small table on the balcony has a broken leg and we were told the dishwasher needed repairs. Also had to grab a spare blanket out the car since one was not provided for the sofa bed (sheets only). Otherwise, it was a great spot for our short weekend stay. ”

“We got this condo at the surp of the moment last minute trip. It was small but mighty. It had everything we needed for that weekend. The property grounds were clean and quiet. It was plenty of pools and stuff to do, and the beach was in walking distance. We had so much fun and was well relaxed during and after our trip. Would most definitely book this condo again.”
