“Writing this review to quiet some of the concerns of the previous reviewer… this rental was amazing! First, the views cannot be beat and the outdoor deck living space is just wonderful. It is the highest location in this particular spot of Basti, with amazing views and a breeze. It’s basically a very unique tropical jungle treehouse high above the town. The ACs in the bedrooms work very well and there is consistently hot water, with strong water pressure - things that are hard to find on……

Host was very communicative, and property manager was on site in a separate home and assisted us immediately when we had any questions. The beds were super comfortable, bedrooms had wonderful air conditioning and storage. We enjoyed the open air living room and kitchen, feeling truly one with nature.”

“Tropical private paradise. Beautiful rustic bungalow right on aqua waters. We came on off season and felt like we had the island to ourselves. There are kayaks to use as well. If you want more restaurants and life come in the main dry season. There is coral snorkeling nearby and an amazing indigenous guide and chef named Calypso who showed us all the local animals, sloths, monkeys, frogs, caiman and plant medicines. James the host answered any questions or needs we had. Be sure to ask him a lot……

The host was super nice, reasonably and kind he made sure every room in that house was nice with everything in working order, we loved the kitchen. What else can you ask for. Will recommend to family and friends, book without hesitation.”

“Firstly, thanks to Rebecca for her communication and quick responses. This unit on the water was perfect for our stay in Bocas Del toro. It was close to groceries as well as restaurants so we had everything we needed. My only issue was that the chef knife was very dull and had challenges cutting up our tuna we caught. Would highly recommend staying there. ”

“Good location. Easy walking distance to several restaurants, bars, and coffee. Quick taxi into town. Enjoyed a visit one afternoon from howler monkees in the backyard trees. Would stay again.”
