“On arrival check in and instructions to enter Terrace 2 was easy. Terrace 2 was very spacious, to accommodate the family. Unfortunately once evening came and we turned on the lights, the circuit breaker would trip out. We had to turn on and off each light to find the culprit. Adam was helpful. This property is advertised with Air Con. However Terrace 2 only had air con in the lounge area and the very top level bedroom. The main guest suite and bedroom opposite on that level had no air con in……

“Well equipped, spacious place for a family of 4. Juliet was extremely helpful to ensure that separate sleeping areas were set up for my teenagers. Walking distance to nice town with lots of eating options. We liked the “Middle Pub”. Much better choice than a motel for similar cost.”

“The location was very central, walking distance to town and the beach, the apartment was clean and tidy, suffice for two nights. Outlook over the grass parklands to the beach was gret. No A/C in bedrooms, only in living room, not suffice to cool bedrooms down. Fans in bedrooms not suffice to provide cooling making it uncomfortable to sleep as it was very stuffy even with windows opened. Given the openness to public parklands covers around the security latch looks to provide greater safety would……

“Overall it was OK and in a great spot. However the TV was not working in the main room, which is poor. We were also abruptly told we would be charged extra if we were out by 10.30am instead of 10.00am”

“The communication with the hosts was fantastic - easy to follow instructions and really helpful with things to do in the area. The caravan was cute - the double bed is quite small so factor that in if you are planning on 2 adults sleeping in the one bed. ”

“The property was very clean and stylish and Phillipa had left fruit and other goodies. The decorating is very lovely and the huge veranda overlooking the hills is a beautiful place to have breakfast and coffee and a wine in the evening. The gardens are magnificent. My little dog loved the gardens as much as I did. The location is fabulous to explore Byron Bay and the beautiful beaches around the area. Thanks Phillipa.”
