“The worst part was the hygiene. As soon as we entered the room, there were 3-5 flying ants in the shower. There were other people's hair in the toilet and on the bed. Every day, we found new flying ants in the shower. The staff gave us the wrong key. We couldn't open the door when we got back around 9 PM, and the office closes at 6 PM. Luckily, we had a SIM card to contact the staff. Someone came to give us the correct key after 15 minutes, but it would be tough for travelers without a Swiss……

“The room was well designed and nice. Wished the check-out was not so early. It was at 10am and I have mostly experienced check-outs at 11am. Also, the way to enter the building and room was complicated and relies too much on your phone working. Whished there was a code for the entrance door and your room - in case your phone dies. ”

“我們有4個人，租這家附有廚具的飯店兩晚。我們準備食材打算在飯店煮晚餐，但我們到飯店時發現雖然有爐具，但却沒有任何一個鍋子（包括湯鍋跟炒鍋），有烤箱，卻沒有烤架、烤盤。我們打第一次電話給飯店，飯店說馬上送來，我們等了一小時，打了第二次電話，飯店說20分鐘會到，於是我們等了兩小時，沒有半個人來，飯店讓我們一直等也都沒聯絡我們，我們打了第三次電話，結果飯店說晚上不送來了，要隔天早上9:00後才送，我們要求賠償，飯店要我們寫mail，我們寫了，到現在沒有收到任何回覆。隔天早上，我們外出時，飯店送來兩個湯鍋放在爐上，一個直徑約24公分，一個約直徑12公分，不僅小，而且還很髒。這樣的服務真的太差了，附有廚具卻不能讓人做飯，跟飯店所提的設備根本不相符，飯店是違約的。”

"入住採自助check in ，但會有服務人員協助報到，很貼心，且入住還贈送一人一杯自選飲品，非常讚。房間設計很新穎，空調、燈光、電視、窗廉皆可用平板控制，非常方便，且浴室燈光可調控不同顏色和亮度，只不過浴室設計為半透明，可看到剪影，很適合情侶，非常有情調，如果非情侶可能會很尷尬。房間雙人床又大又很舒適，非常喜歡，只不過房間稍小，放兩個大行李就差不多滿了。整體來說很喜歡，未來希望還有機會入住。"
