“Couldn’t sleep during nights due to constant noise outside during late nights ”

“Checked in late night, Air-conditioner was not working took an hour to make it running, during check in I informed door knob was broken. They came and looked at but didn't fix or give us different room. During using the washroom, I noticed that there was a water leak from the tube. Called receptionist and complained. A plumber came middle of the night tried more than an hour. They didn't offer another room. I tried to sleep last part of the night but couldn't due to smelly blanket and pillow.……

“Although the location title shows Aftabnagar, The map of this location shows that the property is near Bailey Road, which is near the center of Dhaka. Because we saw the map shows it to be near Bailey Road and Shantinagar, we booked the place. But, the address provided ended up being in Aftabnagar. The host didn’t come to meet us upon arrival, the location had no geyser or oven, and there was construction. Overall bad experience, as we were promised a location in one part of Dhaka and directed……

“Unfortunately cancelled due to corona virus risks. HomeAway and Host very sympathetic and helpful varying cancellation refund policy. Hope to visit in future instead. 5 stars all round as rating for each “required” but did not actually have full experience😢”
