“Great 1 BR condo in the quiet and delightful Nikki Residences. Condo was well equipped and our host was easy to reach and issues were quickly resolved. The complex has a small restaurant and swim-up bar open Thursday through Sunday. The beach is delightful, the pool is very nice and it is close to Rio Hato and Playa Blanca.aclose to Rio Hato”

“It was spotless and the owner was super responsive to any questions I had, right away! The property needs little things here and there Nighttables (none in the Master) Trash cans in bathrooms No cutlery knives (perhaps someone took them???) Detailed instructions on Wifi, TV, oven, would be nice. Had to reach out a few times to figure things out.”

“If your looking to get away and enjoy nature this is the place to go. The house has the the amenities you need and more. The owner was great at sending detailed videos of exactly how to get to the property and walking trails near by. He was also Great at responding to any questions we had within minutes. The property and the area felt very safe as well. We highly recommend staying here and would love to return.”

“Just spent 10 nights at this property. Expectations fully met. Beach is a few feet away. Welcoming pool and social area. Furnishings, appliances, utensils were all adequate. Grocery, pharmacy and other stores are 7 mins. away. Environment conducive to a restful experience. Concierge was always available and helpful. WFI was strong, with coverage extending to the beach. No cable TV but YouTube, Peacock, Max and other apps over IP provided plenty of content. Would definitely book again.”

“We felt safe in a nice, 2 bedroom/2bathroom house. Quiet, lots of butterflies, frogs and cricket sounds.”

“Wonderful place, relaxing time, pools and beach ridículous closer as well stores,fantastic relaxing views if you love the ocean. Just the perfect place to forget all your worries from daily life enjoying marvelous sunrises and sunsets.”

“I stayed for 2 nights with my mother at Dennis's wonderful Cabanas. It is a lovely property and has a wonderful vintage 50's era style and charm to the property. There was a sweet dog named Mimosa who was a greeter and become a fast friend during our stay there. The rooms are larger than we thought. It was a comfortable stay in the Cabanas and it has great hot showers. There were plenty of places to sit outside on the porch and also a hammock to relax in. The location is close enough to town to……

“Todo estuvo perfecto, solo pienso que si deben controlar un poco las personas que se hospedan en las cabañas, ejemplo: todas las cabañas que estábamos eramos familias con niños solo una donde todos eran jóvenes, esa cabaña tenia música y bulla hasta altas horas de la noche y aunque varios de las otras cabañas fuimos a decirles nunca pararon y no había nadie en recepción para que hiciera algo.”

“Very easy process, everyone was helpful with any concerns or issues that arose. Very relaxing, all in all a wonderful stay.”

“The condo was clean and had a great view. It would be a great place for a short stay for a couple but has minimal furnishings and utilities, not comfortable for longer stay. Condo staff are very friendly and helpful. While the condo management were very polite and promised to supply missing items we were still waiting for them when we left after 4 weeks. On the photos in the gallery the second bedroom looks to have a window but doesn’t. It is very claustrophobic when the door is closed for……
