“There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again”

“This hotel is wonderful with very friendly staff, and it is well-maintained. The view from the rooftop patio and pool area is amazing. However, the roads outside the hotel are extremely steep, which makes parking challenging. Additionally, walking in the immediate vicinity of the hotel can be difficult. I would not recommend this location for anyone with limited mobility.”

“We stayed in the wild room. Well worth the extra cost. Loved the outdoor shower and tub. They provide you with Vervan products (absolutely the best skin and hair products in Mexico). The bed was super comfortable, the room was spacious and the complementary wine was a great touch. We didn't use the pool but it was really clean and well maintained. The breakfast was superb. Not a lot of options for dining or shopping close by but everything you need is only a couple of miles away. ”
