“the room is good, cleaning is good. just the bathroom has a strong smoking smell. To a non smoker like me, it is very irritant. i kept cough when i go in. And the water kettle is broken in my room, i whatsapped the person (as there are jo one on site) but it just told me they will pass it to the operation team. Btw, the location is almost the best too.”

“真是一个无人的旅馆！！！离市区很近，价格也很划算。第一次进门需要刷信用卡，只是验证不会收费；进入后需要自己在旅馆的自助服务终端上输入order id来完成check-in，然后终端会吐一张房卡出来；就可以凭借房卡进出了。除了没有停车位，房间大小和干净程度都很好，还可以自己做饭，里面有全套工具。”

“First of all, stay inside the room, it's beautiful and warm. However, you need to enter a construction building. It's kind of weird. When our first day to check in at dusk it's all dark. like an adventure. The gate 24 hours open. even we received a PIN code. we never have a chance to use it. We stayed there for two days. In the first day, we can't find a hairdryer. But to find an iron, a vacuum. :( There's a EUROSPAR supermarket across the road. I would have recommend this apartment when all……

"Good location for Vienna main station with airport n other cities connection. The hotel name is a bit confusing as it’s now under the Garner Chain but yet it’s more like a family run hotel. Got one bottled water in room on arrival day only, no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The reception is in need of updated renovation. But the staff was ok and friendly and quite clean as well. Air conditioning works well and balcony door can be opened. Room is small and shower/bath tub is stuck in a corner making space very tight! Hairdryer speed is very low!"
