“Very impressed with the space of this property. With 25 staying, 5 people in caravans, the property requires a ‘communal toilet/shower’ as every bathroom was attached to a bedroom. Plenty of carpark spaces. Boat ramp is high tide only ramp. Limited ability to fish in the boat due to sand/mud bars requiring high tide. A few minor maintenance issues requiring attention (leaking rainwater pipes, toilet roll holders falling off, water leak under house?septic) Kids were self amused with playground,……

“Really lovely house for a weekend stay with my family and our dogs. House is a little older but that was where its true charm could shine. Reminded me of family holidays I had as a child.Everything was just as described, we were super comfortable. The location is great. We bought our bikes and could access everything we needed within an easy ride.
