“这本来是一个长故事，但每每想起都让人恶心，所以下面简短地说说： 2019/01/31 早上0635到酒店入住，前台查找很久预计信息，入住信息确认后，提供房卡并安排人员引导入住... 房间是狭长的套间，房间里有一种莫名的气味，让你很难在房间里感觉到舒适... 酒店有餐厅，健身房和室内泳池，但仅仅只有表示有；预订信息里写着包含早餐，但餐厅一早并没有服务提示，，也基本无人用餐，所以放弃；健身房的空间，少有的设施，无法转身的空间，还不如去海边跑跑步；泳池不比浴缺大多少,所以... 2019/02/02，上午1035计划火车Colombo到Kandy, 收拾东西准备Check-out时，房间门在未敲门及问咨的情况下并打开，发现有人后，未表示歉意后又关闭..0930前台check-out，前台给出一份Early……

“My wife and I arrived with our 2 grand-children tired after a long flight. We were met with incredibly helpful service. We found the otherwise luxurious room noisy (street noise) and were immediately upgraded to the two-storey luxurious penthouse suite without any extra expensrs. Throughout our stay the staff were extremely helpful in assisting us and making lengthy phone calls concerning travel planning and other stuff...The place is clean, has a marvellous athmosphere and is centrally located.……
