“I stayed in this property many times. On the negative hand, the apartments ( 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms in which I stayed in different times ) need renovation in some areas. On the positive hand, the personel is always accommodating and kind, the problem solvers are below and my Oscars go to them. Ms. Tumi Ms. Sisanda Ms. Ivy Ms. Lusanda Ms. Mokhadi Mr. Jeff I stayed 3 weeks this time and I thank you all very much again. ”

“The unit was well furnished and modern, the built-in stuff were great, but the pots, pans and fan wasn't so great. It was fully usable but it had broken handles etc. The management was also very strict, we asked for an additional set of keys and they were initially reluctant to provide one and after that quoted us first R1000, then R500 deposit. It just felt like it was overly strict, rigid and lacking a bit of that human touch which Jo'burg is famous for. Overall still a great place to stay……

The communication with the host was impeccable and fast from booking all the way till we checked out. He gave us lots of tips and information on the area. “The staff were amazing. Nice and accommodating. There were issues with water pressure and hot water. Pool was clean but cold. Loved the property dog.”

“馬桶坐墊已被破壞，入住時沒有維修，電腦椅輪子(5輪)其中一輪已被拔除，無法坐穩，浴室兩水龍頭皆無法有效控制水量，一定要開啟最大量，造成水噴四處，入住兩夜其中一天交代櫃檯前往打掃未果。”

“Pretty good, only thing free wifi was advertised on your site and there was no wifi. When we booked on your site we specifically looked for a place with wifi as we had a foreign visitor. Maybe update this”
