“The view is literally heart-stoppingly amazing, both from the apartment and the giant roof terrace. At all hours of the day, it seems like a fairy tale. The apartment is incredible as well. “The apartment was very nice and very big. We were very happy with the communication from Hazem. The air conditioning wasn’t working in one bedroom when we arrived, I messaged Hazem and he got somebody around to fix it the next morning which was very pleasing. The grounds around the apartment are really nice and the compound was in an excellent location. Overall we were pleased with our stay and we’d recommend to anyone thinking of staying here”

“On arriving at the airport for our free hotel transfer we were advised they had moved us to a completely different hotel with no pool. On complaining, they moved us to another with a pool. We were told by the agent the hotel we booked had smelly rooms. This all created unnecessary stress and a large amount of distrust. Very poor experience for our first hour in Egypt. ”
