“All of our guests for the Hen weekend made the weekend fun and the local cimmunity were really friendly. Unfortunately I had a few issues with the host, Chris. I had requested an early entry by 2 hours and in short was told yes for £50 payment as he had to arrange someone to be at the house. After a further 4 messages to Chris which were not answered I had to phone him and was reduced to tears by his hostility. He bumped up payment to £100 claiming I left it to last day to confirm this. “Fantastic location! Right in heart of Glasgow’s west end with a huge selection of bars, restaurants etc on doorstep. Subway 5 mins walk away to get to city centre etc. Botanic Gardens a 5 min walk away too. Loads to do in around area such as Art Galleries. This is a great area in Glasgow and highly recommend. Only 2 small downfalls with flat is it could do with some more glasses in kitchen and bigger ones and some brighter lighting in rooms as ground floor flat and not enough natural light……

“This property is a dump!! When we arrived it had not been cleaned from the previous rental. It is in a run down neighborhood in a run down building with many steps from the street to the unit. The bathroom was in poor condition aside from the cleanliness issue. Find something else, you have been warned!!”

“We rented The Lomond for 10 days in October 2024 while visiting family in Milngavie. All communication was thorough and clear. Check-in was easy. The flat was quite clean and had most everything we needed. Comfortable beds and plenty of pillows! The location in the pedestrian village of Milngavie is great with so many shops (including Tesco) within easy walking distance. West Highland Apts will be at the top of our list for our next visit.”
