“This place is absolutely perfect, especially for any visitor new to San Miguel de Allende. The location is less than 5 minutes to the center of town/the Parroquia San Miguel de Allende. We walked everywhere! Also, the property is very unassuming on the outside but once you enter the doors- WOW! It’s a gorgeous courtyard with lots of amazing common areas, beautiful plants and architecture, and the rooftop deck is lovely and has an incredible view of the Church and the surrounding areas. “Excellent home to stay in San Miguel. The rooftop views are amazing. The heated pool at the patio was great, and the house is just a quick trip into Centro. There are free shuttles in the community that can take you to the center and back which was very convenient for us. The community is quiet and there's always security. It's a great option to visit San Miguel. The HOLT staff was always responsive and very professional. I would definitely come back.”

“The place was in a truly disgusting state. My wife cleaned the floor with a broom when we got there which took an hour. There was hair and dirt. The shower mats were filled with hair too. There were ants as well in the kitchen area. The old man who greeted us was nice and friendly, but this place was in no condition for guests. We do not live anything like this at home, we live cleanly and expect the same from our stays. I have include a picture of the cleanup. That was only the stairs. There……
