“They charge for cleaning the place before you get there which I believe is not the guess responsibility. the bathroom sink was in a very bad condition had water leak. The stove look very old and burn , it smells like humid and it’s very small place i personally don’t like it and won’t definitely rent it again ”

Angel and Ariel were the best bartenders we could ask for - always friendly, always smiling, and great to get to know. Nina, the property manager, was attentive and super easy to work with - I told her what the group wanted, and it was handled quickly and perfectly! “Very nice property with pool, surrounded by farms. Very nice apartment owner with great communication. Property security guards are gossipy and do not keep guest information private. They reveal guest coming and going to outside non guests, potentially jeopardizing safety of guest. Should be addressed by management. ”

“Upon arrival. The receptionist didn’t have our reservation. Then the person in charge of the apartment said they never received a booking from Expedia and that our reserved apartment was occupied by another guest. Leaving us without a place to stay in the middle of nowhere since the location is not very ideal either. ”
