“Great little holiday home. Set in amazing gardens which was the highlight. Children loved the two swing/hammocks in the garden.Gave 4 stars and not 5 as the mattresses were not the most comfortable.”

“On the plus size this is a truely unique location and the people that converted this space from a dull 1970s BT building to a cool house should be applauded. It's a perfect getaway location and you're truely isolated (in a good way) but with lots of great walks and places to explore. We really enjoyed all the smuggling past nearby. Things which could be improved - this clearly was a labour of love which needs reinventing. You can feel it's all a bit tired - equipment that no longer functions,……

“Great holiday stay! Clean, spacious well thought out apartment. Comfortable beds, lovely living area and kitchen with all amenities. Good parking too - thank-you for setting us up with the EV charge too, extremely helpful and handy to have. Great location - able to walk to the beach, and town, shops and takeaways nearby! Thanks for welcoming us. We had an amazing stay! ”

“Very comfortable accommodations for our party of 4 adults. Our only complaint was that the shower is very small and cramped if you are an adult, but we did appreciate having an enclosed shower. Enjoyed the location, within walking distance of Ventnor's shops and quite excellent restaurants. Ruth was helpful and very easy to work with. Would stay again if we return to the Isle of Wight!”

“Compact, however everything you could ever want and more was provided. Lovely touch of milk, bread, butters, teas and coffees, biscuits too ! Only a,few minutes walk to beach. Host fantastic, very helpful, communication fab. Recommend to anyone Lovelyvtouches of milk, bread , biscuits and more trears ”

“Owner was there to greet us, was very friendly & able to answer any queries we had about our stay. The apartment was very clean & tidy, it was a cosy apartment almost like a home from home. All in all a very pleasant stay.”

“If I did have to moan about something it would be that if didn’t have a kitchen and there’s an interior door leading from the owners cottage directly into the living room which I wasn’t too keen on but other than that we had a very nice comfortable stay, thank you so much ”

“The once lovingly furnished house is unfortunately no longer in very good condition and furnishings. It would need to be thoroughly cleaned and the missing dishes, kitchen utensils, etc. replaced. The chimney flue is not working properly and the pressure of the hot water pipe for showers is poor. What was most annoying was the poor cleaning: cobwebs from the ceiling, thick dust everywhere, the furniture greasy from the fireplace. There was neither a mop mob nor a vacuum cleaner to help yourself.……
