“Our family of 3 adults stayed at this luxury 3 bedroom apartment in Petersen Tower, Havelock City for 2 nights from 31 December 2024 until 2 January 2025. The apartment was clean, tidy and spacious. It was the perfect place to stay after we had shared 1x hotel room with 3 beds for 5 days prior.The apartment complex has access to a swimming pool, gym and cafe. It is also walking distance from Havelock City Mall where you can find restaurants, supermarket and retail shopping.We chose this property……

“Property was clean in general, but needs to be maintained. Cupboard was broken, furniture was stained, pool area needs some love too, not inviting at all. Breakfast was generally ok when it arrived on time. Communication online was good but face to face was difficult and we speak the language. Would I stay in this apartment again the answer would be no.”

“Old villa in heart of Colombo , tastefully renovated , quiet and clean . Very comfortable bed , clean kitchen and good food . Mr Asangha Perera and his team at the admin desk were very capable and attentive . He was in touch with us few days before our arrival , and since we were arriving late , took an order and made sure our dinner was delivered on our arrival . ”

“We rented this property thinking that we were renting the whole house as advertised. It turns out that that this house is a hostel as per the sign out front and we were given one room. After some discussion with the owner we were given three rooms. The owner had not been paid by VRBO and I had paid VRBO one month ahead of time.
