“We had a great time at Rodolfo’s place in Mira Flores..Perfect location, close to the malacon and Larcomer. Everything you need is close by, shops, restaurants and you can walk everywhere .Rodolfo was incredibly nice to us, meeting us very early in the morning to let us in. The place is very comfortable as advertised.. Muchas Gracias ”

“They contacted me to change the apartment for another one in the same area because there was a problem with that one. I love Miraflores Area, it has everything close. The apartment was ok, it was clean and close. ”

“Manque de papier de toilette et avoir de l’eau potable de disponible à notre arrivée ”

“Amazing location with everything one could want within walking distance or a short taxi ride. The only thing I could complain about is the street noise at night, but after renting the AC the second night, everything was perfect. Super clean and everything looks new and we'll kept. Highly recommend and will return again.”

“After months of having a reservation, I had red text stating that my reservations were not long enough and that I should cancel or change the reservation to a different date or extend my stay. Then when calling the location, they failed to answer for a while. We then text each other and by the time I knew they had a place for me I had already booked a place in town. I asked if I could get a partial refund and they declined. I'd avoid this property. ”

“Good location, not recommended for people looking for silence and tranquility, as there is a a very noisy party bar in the building. Also, there is a lack of communication between the organisation, since there is no coordination regarding the delivery of keys or the status of the apartments.(At least in my case)”

“This was our second choices since our first apartment was not available on arrival. Mélanie was able to provide with our needs promptly with a second apartment close to the first one. The area was safe, walkable to grocery, restaurant etc. The doorman were friendly very helpful. ”

“Spacious apartment on the top floor overlooking the ocean. The terrace was quite large, had excellent views, and had a sun shade so that we could sit there in the day time. Air conditioning worked well. The host was very responsive to questions. It has three levels so be aware that there are some stairs. There was some traffic noise when outside (unavoidable in Lima) but the building itself was very quiet.”

Feel comfortable

"Bell boy show very welcome to us to help us to load the luggage. The lobby is amazing. Room is comfortable. Walking distance to restaurant and shopping mall. Very good one. But there are no kettle in the room. We go to front desk to ask, staff ask me go to a restaurant, but the staff in restaurant is not very welcome and said “ I can only give you this time, no next time” let us felt not good. Just ask for add one hot water, right? We didn't get any water and left. But this is not good experience for the customer. "
