“Nearness to shopping center ”

“I booked this unit for 2 nights, and from the start, it was difficult to find. Upon arrival, I discovered a pool of water on the floor in one bathroom, while the ceiling in the second bathroom had peeling paint. There was no running water in the faucets or the kitchen, and the Wi-Fi only worked in the living room, not in the bedrooms. Additionally, one of the fans was not functional. I reported these issues to the reception desk, but no solutions were provided. Overall, the experience was not……

“The desk is open 24 hrs. Very good people. Room is cleaned every day. Very good value for the rate. Particularly for travelers who are interested in having the local experience.”

“The hotel was lovely. The rooms are actually suites with a generous living room, large, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, nice bathroom and bedroom. Great views of Nairobi from large windows. Hotel restaurant was excellent with delicious, high quality food and service. Would definitely stay here again. ”
