“Let me start with the staff.. Christina the chef was fantastic. Her meals were beyond delicious. Fernando the driver was pleasant and ready to take us anywhere. Julie keeps the house spotless while you stay there. The staff are great at what they do but also just lovely people. The house is amazing. The AC in the rooms is ice cold! “La maison est encore plus belle en vrai que sur les photos. Les grandes portes vitrées permettent d'ouvrir tout grand la pièce de vie sur la mer, la piscine et les collines environnantes. La cuisine ouverte et conviviale, permet à tout le monde de se rassembler. Il y a beaucoup d'intimité entre les chambres et plusieurs espaces pour se détendre. La suite du haut avec sa piscine privée est à couper le souffle. On peut y dormir à la fraîcheur de l'air climatisé ou encore mieux avec la porte……

A short walk to the beach provided us with lots of beach time and restaurants in Las Terrenas are plentiful. I especially recommend the Italian restaurant in the Spanish plaza and the French bakery! “It's a nice house, and the Haitian staff is very friendly and helpful. But be aware that a big apartment complex is being built next door, with trucks and caterpillars starting to rumble around shortly after 7 in the morning. You should also know that the dirt road leading to the property can be difficult to pass with a regular vehicle after heavy rain.”
